When falling down
Was the most painful and
Scary was an unexplained
Noise from upstairs

When you put on Daddy's tie

And pots and pans were an orchestra

Driving by childhood castles
Thinking "What a dump?"
Knowing what the thumping
From upstairs is

It comes with growing up
I'm too tired to look at the beauty
Too stressed to play outside
Too busy to stop and wonder

Now I know why Mom and Dad fight
I understand why they said no
I know that no monsters are under my bed
And that they aren'

Imperfect, unclean, ugly.

I'm not as good as other people say,

This horrible skin I walk in,

CollegeEveryone has moments in life,
Moments were you can rise up so high,
Or sink lower than ever before,
One of those moments for me was a binding box of darkness.

I have never sank so low,
Low enough to want death like I have never wanted anything more in my whole life,
The very word sends shivers down my spine now,
I think of it as a death sentence.

And now,
Everyone is trying to talk me into going back,
Even if it is a different one than I went too,
I will still feel the pain because of college.

Never again do I want to feel like that,
To see a window and instead of looking at the beauty of outside,
I think of jumping through it,
Maybe MidnightYou love me still right?

...Things.So for those of you who know me in real life.
I feel like lately my group of friends has been like treating me like crap.
I'm really serious here.
I feel like the unwanted friend of the group.
Like I am always less than everyone else.
And I feel like my drawings, Writings, Etc. are like crap to everyone except for like 2 people most.
and you know....that hurts your confidence...
thinking that your best...just isn't good enough.
And I feel that some people just don't get how my personality is...
Yes, I can get obnoxious.
Yes, I can get a little bitchy.
Yes, I make fun of everything.
But that doesn't mean you have to go and make me feel more depressed than I already am.
I also feel there is an unfair bias in my group of friends at school.
like guys, its ok to like someone's stuff, but when someone else has something they want to show you just don't blow them off.
